Take a Bath

Today I'm following the advice of a very wise man--Dr. Bernie Siegel. In his book "101 Exercises for the Soul" he says "Throughout history, baths have been a universal means of renewal and cleansing. Set aside an afternoon or evening and create a warm, healing bath for yourself, and consider incorporating a soothing bath in your weekly routine."

My human sidekick told me that when she was growing up, they took showers during the week, but Saturday was always bath night when you filled the tub with bubble bath and just sat back and soaked and played with some bath toys.



So that's what I'm doing today. If you're looking for me, I'll be relaxing in my tub filled with bubbles, accompanied by my rubber duckie.
